There are six elementary schools including Clear Springs Elementary for grades K-5th, two middle schools including Middle School East for grades 6th through 8th and one high school called Minnetonka High School for grades 9th through 12th. There is also a pre-school one community education center. The school district serves about 8,900 students from pre-K to 12th grade. If you have dogs, a license is required. The license is good for one year and is $10.00. You must provide a veterinarian issued copy of current rabies vaccination and fees are only payable by check or cash. If you qualify, you could possibly receive a grant helping you pay for your energy needs.
